Availability and stock of products
Availability and stock products are those that are marked on their tabs except end of stock or typographical error.
Orders will be processed in strict order of receipt, so in case that an item was not available, we will contact the customer to cancel the order or send another product with similar characteristics.
Delivery time are indicated in the tables in our Shipping costs section. It depends on the type of shipping you choose in the purchase process. It is counted from the next day after payment confirmation, provided that confirmation was made before 13:30 excluding Saturdays and holidays. Customs and Taxes
The prices listed on our website include VAT. Shipments to the countries of the European Union are subject to applicable taxes in your area or country. Also countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees and taxes. This payment is made through the payment gateway SERVIRED. Totally safe, reliable and confidential. It does not have any commission on our part.
- Wire transfer.
The transfer must take place within a maximum of 2 days after order confirmation and prior to submission. Once the income confirmed in our account we will proceed to send it. This is one of the safest and extended online payment systems. It requires that the customer has an account with paypal.
Warranties of all products we sell are those offered by the manufacturer. Still, our policy is to satisfy our customers so for any problems that might exist with any product sold by us, this company will be available to the client. Shipping costs correspond to the customer.
The customer will have 48 hours from receipt of the item to review and return it if it is defective. In case of being in perfect condition, you will have 15 working days after receipt of the item to be able to return it for any other reason. the return of items that have been engraved is not allowed. Sending costs will be at client's charge. The amount of the item will be refunded once it was checked that it was in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging and proof of purchase (shipping costs are not included). In the case where the article was not in the above conditions, will again be sent to the customer freight collect.
